After successful detection, click Photo App from your iPhone folder and drag photos to an empty folder on computer, you can name in "IMAGE".
Now launch the latest version of iTunes and connect new iPhone/iPad to PC.Wait your iPhone/iPad to be detected by iTunes.
After detection, click your iPhone/iPad icon and tap on "IMAGE" from the sidebar.
select copy photos from the folder on computer called "PHOTOS" lastly, click sync to start transferring photos from old iPhone to your new iPhone/iPad.
